You are strong. You carry responsibility. You function. And still, you feel tired.
Your body sends signals. Your thoughts don’t rest. There is a quiet pressure inside you that seems to be always there, even when everything on the outside looks fine.
This is not a personal failure.
It is an inner pattern that may once have helped you to adapt, to belong, to stay safe or to keep going. But now, it may be holding you back.
Many women call it “just life”. I call it the Cinderella pattern.
It is the pattern of adapting, holding on, not taking up too much space and being strong for everyone else. Not because you are weak, but because you learned early that this was how you had to be.
You may know what would be good for you. And still, you don’t really move forward.
You have ideas. You have dreams. You sense that more is possible for you. And at the same time, something inside holds you back.
You overthink. You doubt yourself. You question your decisions. You wait for the moment when you finally feel ready, clear or confident enough. But often, that moment does not come. And while you wait, everything stays heavy.
This heaviness may not only live in your thoughts. You may feel it in your body too – as tension, tiredness, pressure, or the feeling that you simply cannot get going.
It can feel as if you are stuck between who you have been and who you know you could become.
Maybe there is a dream, a longing, or a quiet inner knowing that keeps coming back. A sense that your life could feel different. Lighter. Freer. More like you.
And still, you may not know how to get there.
That is where we begin.
In my work, we gently look at the patterns, beliefs and inner images that keep you stuck. We explore the stories you tell yourself, the way you speak to yourself and the beliefs that make you feel small, not good enough or unsure of your own strength.
Some of these beliefs may have been with you for a long time. They may once have helped you adapt, belong or feel safe. But they may no longer support the life you want to live.
And step by step, we begin to change them.
So you can move from self-doubt into self-trust. From pressure into calm. From overthinking into small, clear steps. And from feeling stuck into reconnecting with your own power and your dreams.

My work is not about fixing you, because you are not broken.
It is about gently releasing what is no longer yours.
Through EFT tapping, body awareness and nervous system work, we reduce inner pressure and reconnect you with yourself.
We also begin to ask a deeper question: Who will you be when the pressure becomes quieter?
What becomes possible when you trust yourself more?
How does the version of you feel who no longer acts from fear, guilt or self-doubt, but from inner clarity?
You do not need to know this future version of yourself completely yet. But you can begin to connect with her.
The woman who takes herself seriously. The woman who listens to her needs. The woman who stops making herself small. The woman who allows herself to move closer to the life that is calling her.
Not by pushing harder, but by releasing what has been holding her back.

I work with EFT tapping, body awareness and nervous system regulation. Together, we look at what creates pressure inside you and what is ready to be released.
This can happen in 1:1 guidance, in online courses at your own pace, or through gentle exercises that support you in everyday life.

Sometimes what is needed is not another method, another plan or another thing to “fix”. Sometimes what is needed is a different kind of space.
A space where you do not have to perform. Where we can gently look at the old emotional, behavioral and thought patterns that keep you stuck — and begin to change what no longer supports you.
Emotional pressure and long-term stress can often be felt in the body as tension, tiredness, inner restlessness or discomfort.
My work does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment, and I do not diagnose or treat physical conditions.
It can support you in becoming more aware of your body, calming your nervous system and gently releasing inner pressure.
