🌱 Online courses – a gentle way to begin on your own
Some women prefer to start quietly,
in their own space and at their own pace.
The online courses offer you a simple and supportive way
to begin releasing inner pressure by yourself.
They are especially helpful if you feel
that you currently have limited capacity
or prefer to stay more independent.
Inside the courses, you will find:
guided EFT tapping sessions (5–15 minutes)
simple tools to calm your nervous system
clear, gentle guidance without overwhelm
You can return to the exercises whenever you need them
and integrate them into your everyday life.
